When transferring culture in petri dish from one place to another, what should we do to avoid contamination of the bacteriological work?

Do you mean transport of the Petri dish from one place to another, or subculture of the bacteria from one Petri dish to another?
If the former, place the Petri dish in a suitable strong container so that the lid does not come off. If the bacterial culture is hazardous, you will need extra precautions, sealed container etc (and regulations about transport by mail, rail or plane etc). If you are subculturing, rigorous aseptic technique, do not leave the Petri dish lid off, use flamed loop (or disposable sterile one) etc. Make sure the environment is free from dust and flow of air. If critical, you could use a hood.
