How to apply Fermi Dirac Statistics in Sentaurus TCAD?

I am trying to simulate a BJT in Sentaurus TCAD. I have kept the doping concentration of emitter as 1e20. The fermi level goes above the conduction band edge. I thought applying Fermi-Dirac Statistics might work/

Just add "Fermi" in the physics section. read the manual for the further details, as some setups require changes in the parameters file (Thermionic emission for example.)
