How to colour code depth information in image J software?

i have tried processing the z stack confocal image to represent the various depths of the sample by using Depth coding (Image › Hyperstacks › Temporal-Color Code). But the scale bar i get is in frames how do i change the scale bar to microns? (attaching the image i have obtained by processing through Depth coding)
