Victor M. Balcão what is it that you are attempting to do? I don't think random primers are going to let you determine the restriction map of the phage genome, but it isn't clear if that is your goal. As Paul Rutland mentioned, it might be easiest to just amplify your phage (not PCR) and prepare a good stock of phage DNA. Or it might be easiest to just sequence the genome of the phage and have all the information you might need from that.
