Dear all
I have six mutated E.coli strains (induced from the same parent strain), now I need to compare these mutants to the parent to find all the difference in their genomes.
I know that I can use BLAST in the BASH shell to do it, but I don't know the exact steps and I am not familiar with the programming stuff:(
Could you offer any suggestion or paper that I can read to solve this problem? Anything for beginner will be great.
