How to access Luojia 1-01 Nighttime Light Dataset?

Luojia 1-01 is the NTL satellite designed by Wuhan University, launched in June 2018. It has ground resolution around of 100-130m which is higher than VIIRS.

You can find the Luojia 1-01 data from http://59.175.109.173:8888/app/login.html. However, it seems to only provide data until March, 2019.
