I have an interaction between two parts in kind of tie. but I need to replace this with a boundary condition in software.can I use Encaster to reach this?
Probably not. Encastre means that the nodes are fully constrained (no displacement or rotation). If your bodies are tied, nodes at the interface can move. There is a tie constraint in abaqus that can be used for tying different regions together. Alternatively, you can model it as a contact if the parts can actually move against each other at the surface.
I would suggest tie, as it corresponds to what you described, as physically real. 1) Chose two surfaces that should be in a contact, then 2) go to Constraints, and 3) chose Tie
If they are sticked togetehr with gum, its is eitehr a tie constraint (if you do not need to model the details of the behaviour of the gum) or you make a three-material model with two wies (piezu-gum and gum-aluminium) or you use a cohesive contact between alu and piezo.
What is best will strongyl depend on the details of your model and what you are trying to find out.
