Suggestion 1: if you want to prepare the analytical curve using the pure standard powder (I do not recommend this method – sometimes it's impossible!), you can follow below:

*Final volume 10 mL;

*Calculation based on a gallic acid standard of molecular mass: 170.12 g/mol;

Suggestion 2 (I recommend this method): yous must prepare first a stock solution of 5 mM, weighting 42.5 mg and diluting to 100 mL, then, from this stock solution you can follow below:
