I have a data on flow rate and pressure though total 5 different IV catheters (2 peripheral and 3 central). Flow and pressured are measured though each catheter with and without needless connector 10 times each. This is performed for two types of fluid NS and hetastarch. so for each catheter I have 40 observations

10 - NS with needleless connector,

10- NS without needless connector,

10- hetastartch, with needleless connector

10 - hetastartch, without needleless connector.

I want to compare flow and pressure differences with and without needless connectors for each catheters adjusting for Fluid type. 

What should be the best way to analyze this? i'd appreciate your response.
