I have a question regarding citing the images that I have draw for articles. I have planned the basic representation by Biorender for myself, I am happy with my design at this point. Now I will be drawing the image by hand and then make final touches with photoshop. Since I don't have a paid Biorender account, I am not allowed to cite them but do I have to if I will redraw it by hand since my shapes will resemble their shapes?

let's suppose you use icons taken from biorender for your own design. if they are copyrighted by the site,and your drawings make use of their icons, it's best to get their ok; alternately you could say "source icons ©biorender.com" or, if you make significant changes: " ©Oujlakh Bahéra based on icons from biorender.com"
