Although we are in the huge science and progress in every aspect of technology and artificial intelligence,and robots,but millions are ignorant,no medical hygiene,the problem is education and knowledge if if transfer,if we transfer knowledge,and know how ,we open the world to them,so how we open the darkness to millions , How we ,educate,tranfer technology and explain all mysterious things to huge peoples?
Scientists must become public intellectuals; writing articles directed at the general public, publishing blogs, appearing on TV and hosting radio shows, writing op-ed pieces for newspapers, etc. Engaging with the community at large is important as well: starting science clubs, speaking engagements in schools, public speaking engagements, "science days" where experiments can be carried out by children/adults, "open science" programs. The key is that it is not just a matter of scientists "educating" the public, but that members of the public can participate in scientific discourse as well - a bidirectional communication path! ;-)
Dear George,absolutely right and great answer,but why the action is not well applied ,we suffer a lot on ,concentrating on singer and art creaters,movie stars and propaganda for celebrities,and other TV and cinema and sports stars, nobody like science and health education ,why?
We should also ask why education is not always associated with a pleasure? People wants to do again those activities that are the source of positive enhancement. Te second important question is why do a people start thinking about health when they start to losing it?

To reach peoples and direct them,we should:
1-make things simple and easy to understand.
2-use technology to demonstrate.
3-advertise scientifically not propoganda.
