To some people, non-academicians like commercial / industry practitioners normally have less time or less opportunity to write / co-author with others to publish articles. May be non-academicians might not face the same challenge as the academicians i.e. publish or perish. Can anyone suggest how non-academician can conduct more academic research, write, co-author and publish more articles without changing his or her job as an academician?
