How much time should we use the rotary vacuum evaporator for our ethanol extract and how much pressure??

According to the related study that we are following, the temperature of our rotary vacuum evaporator should not exceed to 40°. However, they did not specify how much time should we use the rotavap and what is the pressure. Can you please help me? Our extract have 300 ml
