How much time require to lyophilize the buffer mediated 10 ML sample in Christ Alpha 1-2 LD plus?

I have prepared a fungal enzyme extract in Citrate phosphate buffer pH 5. The sample was also frozen in -20 one night and was used in Christ Alpha 1-2 LD plus. After 5 hours find the sample is dried but when it was taken out the sheat forms become liquid. What would be the average time to get a complite solution to lyophilize.
