You could sub-aliquot the 2mL solvent volume into

chloroform and methanol should be have evaporated on 2-3 hours on speed vac but water I believe the best choice is freeze dry process.

I cannot really see a problem. Methanol and chloroform would fly away very quickly, while the water would make it longer but it still depends on your volume, mixture proportions, analyte concentration and your vacuum level. So it is actually impossible to say what would be your time.  But it does not really matter whether it would take 30 min or 5 h - just do it as you always do and every 20-30 min check whether it has been dried out. After the first round you would have the exact time for your case. I agree with John R Sheedy that you should better aliquot your sample (if the volume is high) since that alone would help in preventing spillage. But with this solvent mix a punctured cap would make it even better.

I agree with Sergey, there will be no problems with methanol and/or chloroform. 2 ml water need about 5-10 min at 30°C with our rotary vapors (5 mbar). You can speed up the process working at 40°C for example, but this depends on the stability of your compounds. If you have lots of samples which are dissolved in water i would prefer  freeze-drying with several samples simultaneous.

If you have cooled your sample to -40C or more then don't worry about the time it would take to evaporate as long as your sample is at -20C (minimum) during the process of evaporation and after that.

What if the solution containing chloroform and toluene of 3:2 volume ratio, how long it will take to evaporate,  especially when it is being heated at 160 C.
