Young professionals always need to fight for reaching a stable state in their journey. The key challenge they face is – what they have learned in college/university and what are the traditional practices of the organization are mostly conflicting.

Academicians mostly prefer scientific tools, whereas professionals mostly use rule of thumb based on real field experience related to feasibility and adaptability.

Both academic learning and profession practices are right. However, still there are gaps and conflicts between them.
