The quantification of such analytes by means of chromatography, in particular when they are in mixture does not produce reliable analytical outcome even using internal standard. Their quantification is carried out exactly without internal standard by means of mass spectrometry, only within the frameowrk of our innovative stochastic dynamic approach and ouir own-authored formulas for quantification of the mass spectrometric variable 'intensity' with respect to teh analyte concentration in solution. The method is tested at pg.(mL)-1 and ng.(L)-1 concentration levels, yielding to copefficients of correlations between theory (our equations) and the experiment within /r/ = 0.99997 - 1. It is validated by chromatographic analysis, as well.
