A few of my co-researchers have mentioned that it is good to have more than one stop codon at the end of the protein, just to make sure that translation stops. Now, do we need more than 1?

One of the researchers also suggested to add 3 stop codons in 3 different reading frames. Is it logical to add them in tandem or in different reading frames?
