Virologists say we need more than a year until final development of vaccine for CoViD19, on the other hand it requires much longer time that all neatly 8 billion people of the world get immunized by that vaccine; so is there any other natural of artificial possibility to stop the virus?
And
1- Why 80%? Why not 100%, or such as China, few percentage?
2- if the infected people cured and others in the lock down, do the viruse still survive in the city and/or is there still posibilty of second or third peak?

I think the virus will not stop until the vaccine is produced. In some countries, treatment has been made with the plasma of people recovering after being infected with the virus. Therefore, it is possible to speed up the production of a vaccine after the Food and Drug Administration approves the efficiency of this vaccine.
Until now, quarantine is the effective solution for this novel virus and few countries did it successfully, but on the context of our country, we could not do the quarantine properly nevertheless death rate is truly low compared to other countries. Quarantine may stop very soon.
