pembrolizumab and chemotherapy treatment in patients with advanced cancer. Maybe if you read ind details you could have an idea, because they also administrated dexamethasone in some patients (not by vena cava syndrome, but administration type maybe will not make big difference).

However, I would be concerned, or I wonder, if Pembrolizumab would not lose effect, once dexa has a strong anti-inflamatory effect...

Dear Marcelo and Joe. Thank you very much for your comments. The scope of my qestion is about interaction between steroids and Pembrolizumab. The patient is well and SVCS is under control son he is tappering dexamethasone without problems.

Steroid treatment has been a constant exclusion criteria across different Pembrolizumab trials, and is advised to not start Pembro in patients receiving steroids because an obvious effect negative effect based in mechanism of action.

-So my qestion is when to start Pembro in my patient once he has finish steroids.
