I will on rat tissues and my experiment are for 4 months, I will kill a groups before experiment as zero time, and a group after 6 months, So how can I store the tissues that is from zero time to measure the antioxidant parameters together with groups from end of experiment?
Hello Ahmed,
Antioxidants level should be measured as soon as possible. As per our experience with rat tissues, we were not able to get the profile and all antioxidants depleted after some 4-6 months of storage at -80. So I recommend you to process the tissues as soon as possible and don't wait for your next batch.

Yes Ahmed,
You can make tissue lysate and then store at -80, ideally it wh\ould be stable for 1-2 months for antioxidant assay.
