I have to carry primers to another place which will take 2 and half days and I have added molecular grade water already to make it a concentration of 100 micro molars, can somebody suggest the best way to carry it???
If you have access to dry ice, then that would be best.
Otherwise, you will probably be okay so long as your molecular grade water was high quality and DNAse-free. DNA is usually considered stable at room temperature for about 2 weeks, 4 °C for about 2 months, -20 °C for about 2 years and -80 °C for >10 years.
@Varsha Sinde. I guess it is in lyophilized form,it can be kept for a month at room temperature provided it is not exposed to light. It is recommended that you store lyophilized primers at fridge or freezer temperatures anyways.
