I am doing DNA extraction with the Phenol-Chloroform protocol. In the end, I will need to resuspend this DNA in ultrapure water for DNA concentration. As a matter of time, I would like to know if there is any problem in storing the DNA in isopropanol (precipitation step) for a long time (days) at -20 °. What would be the best way to store it at -20 °, for about 4 days, in this situation?

Thanks
