How is Cellulose gelatin scaffold produced in coconut water medium?

We would appreciate it if you could help us. We want to produce cellulose/ gelatin scaffold in coconut water medium. We get colony of Gloconacetobacter xylinus bacteria in HS agar medium and inoculate in coconut water medium. We don’t observe cellulose pellicle in surface of medium never.
