Yes, either we need to inject 1.5mg/kg twice or 3mg/kg single injection to induce diabetes and neurodegeneration.

But when we try single injection they have shown mortallity signs such as ears,nose,eyes bleeding and foot and hand paralyses and they were died how can we reduce these problems?
