How I can learn Abaqus to do fatigue analysis on shear stud in expansion joint?

Hello,

I need to get a very good knowledge on Abaqus to do fatigue analysis on shear stud.in expansion joint. I am doing my MASc. Could anybody suggest me how I can learn better Abaqus. I have searched in Internet but did not find any good materials.

My thesis topic is shear stud failure of expansion joint in bridges. So I have to analyze it in Abaqus. How I can learn better Abaqus. Can anybody suggest me.

Did you try the "getting started"-books that are part of the documentation? They give you a very solid basis.
