I want to simulate my transistor structure in Comsol and I want to use Hydrodynamic and energy balance equation. I am new in Comsol. I will be highly grateful if anyone could help me.

If I am right , you are going to perform a heat transfer simulation on your transistor model.For this purpose,you can use "Heat Transfer in Solids (ht)" module with no convection term and no time dependency so that you only have two terms including diffusion and source term which makes your equation of poisson's classification.
But if you have an equation which is not included in COMSOL modules,you need to use PDE Interface to add your own PDE.
By the way,continuity equation is simply applied by using Fluid Flow.

I believe you can use "Coefficient form of PDE" to form a continuity equation or system of PDE's. You need to specify several constants. To my knowledge for implementation of Hydrodynamic Model(for Transport) you need to solve system of PDE simultaneously.
