I have made a module of Rhs beam with length of 2200 mm and there are two plate at the top of the beam for loading and 2 plates as well at the bottom of the beam for the support after modling all these parts I assmply them and I put all the materials details with stres strain table,, but when I started the analysis I reach at increment 12 after that the error happened can some one help me in the eeror??

Also, you can read the manual but most of the times you can solve it by decreasing the mesh size or time incriment.

This what I get from the errors and warnings also I attached the modle pic you can check them, and still the problem not solved,
Check the message file for warning messages that could cause convergence difficulties. Check the model definition, and make sure that the model can actually withstand the applied loads.
Check your material parameters and the final converged increment to see whether your component can actually bear the load since this often occurs when a structure is overloaded (e.g., ideal-plastic material with stress larger than flow stress).
Switch to displacement control.

What type of analysis are performing? What method are you using? Sometimes you need to reduce the time increments. I also agree with Dr. Baeker, you may change to displacement control for nonlinear analysis.
