i try for finding by using the formula given in attach file but in vain. The reported value for a, b and c is same that i find for 'd'(inter planner spacing) in each case.i want to find a, b, c values by using 'd' in given formula.

You're idea is right, but I would suggest using a programm like FullProf Suite or anything like that (if you have a XRD pattern). So you can start with literature data and refine your parameters to your XRD profile. So you can also check for distortions and so on.
If you want to do it on paper, you need to get a mathematical equation system with several unknowns (a,b,c) and solve that. In my case, I wouldn't do that for a monoclinic system.

My calculated values of 'd' for (200), (020) and (002) plane are in good agreement with reported values of a, b, and c respectively.so in this case can i say that the inter planner spacing between (200) planes is equal to 'a' and similarly for b and c?
I agree with the suggestions given by Dr. Jasmin Biehler. Even if you want to calculate a, b, c from observed d-values and axial angles. You choose d-values of planes like (h00) for calculation of a, (0k0) for b and (00l) for c.

I agree with the opinion of the previous collegues, however for a non expert there is also a free software, DICVOL04, that is very easy to use. But remember, sofware is esentially mathematics, the physics is you.

Just remember that the (002) inter-planer d-spacing would be half the desired value in your case as these are planes that have 0, 0, 1/2 intercepts on the axes chosen within the unit cell :-)
Similarly for (200) or (020), yes?
