Actually, me working on Postharvest Storage Bacterial Disease caused by Pseudomonas marginalis. During morphological study of the strain, I need to check the viability of the strain said by performing PI -Index as per standard protocol, at this step I have to maintain the similar concentrations of all the treated samples to have accurate reading of PI-index. Please, I need kind guidance from you all experts of the field.
