I am interested in investigating neutralization effect of drug over snake venom. I have selected various concentrations of the drug, ranging from 5 to 160 mM. This cocentrations will be mixed with fixed amount of a snake venom equivalent to 17 μg from a snake venom solution with a concentration of 5 mg/ml. Now, I would like to determine the precise volumes of the drug and snake venom that should be combined to form a volume of 100 μl, and to achieve a desired ratio. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding this matter.
