some of the proteins of potyvirus like HC-Pro, NIa, CP are from Host component, Nuclear inclusion, and coat protein respectively but what are the meaning of P1, P3, 6K1, and 6K2 means how these later given. any reason behind this ????

The function of 6K1 and 6K2 are not well understood yet. I think these proteins were named after their Molecular Weight which is about 6kDa.
