Hi all. I deal with flow cytometry data and analyze by FlowJo. In order to analyze and represent it in a better way, I would like to buy the Origin lab software (https://www.originlab.com/) which they claim is being widely used. If you are one among those customers, Kindly leave your remarks over the same. If you have any other suggestions, kindly drop in here. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

While it is poor to be used for calculation and writing equations, but its graphs can be editable in Microsoft Office Word, and some process can be performed on graphs such as finding peaks, removing baseline, smoothness and removing noise.

@ Qader: Thank you for your input. I am not sure of finding peaks and removing baseline but smoothness and removing noise can be performed using FlowJo also. Regarding making graphs, is it possible to make 3D and interactive dot/scatter plots?
