How forensic labs in India are diagnosing deaths due to sbakebite by saying no venom detected in blood or tissues ? Denying compensation to victims ?

Many forensic labs are giving reports that no venom detected in blood or tissues of sbakebite victims even if they have been clinically given anti snake venom thereby denying them compensation, so sad. Any explanations?
