Can anyone explain why scientists prefer to experiment with tectonics modeling instead of making the first short-term forecast network in one or two months that will protect people from death?
Are they doing experiments because they are spending government funds and not their own?
Are they doing experiments because their children and they themselves do not live in an area where an earthquake with large casualties could occur at any time?
