It is a very pertinent question Navita Nathani , as someone from Food & Beverage background, I can say that the road ahead is not easy. Restaurants and other businesses would have to rebuild trust before customers feel safe to return. The industry needs to be sensitive to heightened standards of hygiene and safety, post Covid-19. Self regulation is desirable, however certain minimum standards must be set by bodies like CDC etc. to install the lost sense of safety, from here on.
Crisis is always a source of innovation so try to see the light in the dark.
You should invest this period in unleashing your imagination to envision the scenarios the future will be in, and start making appropriate plans for each scenario.
