How does the suicide vector get eliminated from a recipient cell by changing the temperature or some other conditions?

Since they are also made up of nucleotide units (DNA) so how a little change in temperature or other conditions eliminate the suicide vector but the same condition has no effect on the genomic DNA or other vector present in the same host?
