30% H2O2 solution is approximately 9.8 M. Therefore your 3% solution is approximately 0.98 M. To prepare a 300 uM solution use the formula C1V1=C2V2
where C1= 0.98M= 980 mM V1= is the volume of that solution that will be used to prepare the 300 uM solution.C2 =300 uM = 0.3 mM and V2 is the volume of solution that you'll need (100 ml for example).
