How does one interpret Duncan output from SPSS?

For example if you observe a significant difference in the means of some set of variables, and you are using DUNCAN to see exactly the differences are located. how would you interpret the output using SPSS?

Duncan is a posthoc test shows insignifiant. Pl check ANOVA if it demonastrates significant.If ANOVA is significant then only u can try Duncan test.
