I'm not sure what you mean, your question seems a little vague. I guess it depends on what you wish to prove/what your objectives are, what is(are) you dependent variable(s), etc. Could you be more specific?
Seyi, you may use the organized, systematic approach to your research. You start with your problem statement (that includes identification of your variables and indicators/measures), followed by your hypotheses, and come the identification of your quantitative or statistical analysis tools to use. That is the forward pass, where you do not use "hit-and-miss", " trial-and- error" identification of statistical tools.

I think this will be based on the type of the questions you have in the questionnaire and what you like to test. Sometimes, the answer of the participants will be a quantity, others, will include response in the form of YES, NO, or NA. Each one of these methods will correspond to a specific test to be applied which you determine at the end based on the type of your questions per questionaire
