I suggest Bonta and Andrews (2017) as base authors. Even though the family is a factor that can increase the possibility of criminal conduct, even so, more criminal factors are needed to express the conduct, which, by itself, would not explain someone's criminality.
Family is the basic unit of the society and one of the most influential agents of socialization of the younger generations. It has a profound effect on the personality of the individual. Childhood experiences are considered to have an everlasting influence on the individual. If they are positive, they will have a positive impact, and vice versa.
Effect of social media, tv among other media are making young people consider their heros the people on tv especially the action pact ones.
