Hi all
I've encountered some little problem with CYP2E1
Many review and research have stated that ethanol may be potential to increase protein stability of CYP2E1,
And their conclusion are based on the result that they have obtained
such as low degradation rate and extend of CYP2E1 activity
But I can't seem to find the direct correlation between CYP2E1 and ethanol
Does anyone have any clue how ethanol increase its stability?
