Hi,
I am currently working with oxidation of starch. However, I am having issues with chlorate in my starch after it has been dried. I am using sodiumhypochlorite for oxidation.
My problem is however, I cannot seem to find any litterature that explain what happens with chlorate during storage (before used in oxidation), when used in oxidation and what happens with it when I try to wash it off (I can find it after I have washed the product, where is it located in the starch?)
