It might be interesting to figure out what else, besides dark energy, 4/3 scaling illuminates (so to speak).

For example, might 4/3 scaling relate to gravitation? Suppose the 3D reference frame simulates what we think of gravity, while the 4D reference frame leaves matter cohering as space moves.

Proper distance between galaxies and cosmological inflation might be rendered obsolete.
