There are several ways to validate quantitative research findings with the help of different programs like SPSS and other stat tools. I want to ask as if there is any method to validate or proof the results of qualitative research findings like interviews and how to include this qualitative date in the research article.
Statistical tools require quantified data to work. The question is, did you design your interview or questionnaire with the capacity to be abstracted as quantified data? If yes, you can always take those quantified data to validate or proof with statistical methods.
If not, then you may have to rely on data-miner or text-analytical methods. One of the simplest example of text-analytics, which has been adopted by numerous blogs/ social media usage, is the word cloud. Wordle (http://www.wordle.net/), a nifty online java app will work with your interview text to show you frequency of words used during the interview. I suspect this wouldn't resolve your problem though.

I you please guide me the way forward for extracting the answer from a detailed interview. I gave you an example. I conducted interviews from top management of different universities and i recorded the interview. Then i coded the verbal interviews into the text data and extracted the findings. now my question is how to validate or proof my results that i extracted from the interviews.
Hi Umer, I am no expert in analysis of qualitative data. However, the strategies for qualitative analysis seems to be well-defined and have been discussed in numerous resources on line.
For example, Bjarte Folkestad's "Analysing Interview Data" (http://eurospheres.org/files/2010/08/Eurosphere_Working_Paper_13_Folkestad.pdf) describes possibilities and challenges in analysing qualitative interview data. In it, he has also discussed the different paradigm and analytical methods, using euroscepticism as an example.
Martin Woods' powerpoint presentation on "Interviewing for research and analysing qualitative data" (http://owll.massey.ac.nz/pdf/interviewing-for-research-and-analysing-qualitative-data.pdf) provides an overview for this type of analysis (from page 4 onwards). Data coding would be a big advantage to categorise your data into ordinal format for more formal statistical methods.
Aspects of dealing with qualitative data are also nicely summarised in Anne Ryan's "Methodology: Analysing Qualitative Data and Writing Up Your Findings" (http://eprints.nuim.ie/871/1/methodology.pdf)
