Why the top managers / management bosses are highly paid ? why they are more authoritative ? apart from the fact that the technical team (engineers, doctors , scientists and project team) working underneath them may be are more qualified as well as more competitive and got better management skills in some cases. So why the decisions are not left to the technical team and why authority is not given to the technical team?. The authority includes funds, budget , pays , decisions regulations, work place environment and timings, approval , acceptance and rejections, SOPs and leave regulations.... Please take this as a healthy positive discussion as its not against some particular culture or persons or against a specific roles in an organization but its just a thought which must be discussed and brainstormed, So that our future generations could have better working organizations as well as greatest job satisfaction....
