Differences between monocytes and macrophages regarding their specific cell marker
Scientists showed that detection of monocytic differentiation in myeloid
neoplasms by immunohistochemical analysis is challenging owing to a lack of sensitive and/or specific antibodies, i wish these links help you.

At least in mouse f4/80 antibody recognizes macrophages.
Many thanks Esraa and Oscar for your help
Please consult Journal of Fish Diseases 2006, 29, 43–48 E S Munro et al. In infectious pancreatic necrosis virus carrier Atlantic
salmon, Salmo salar L., post-smolts, almost all kidney
macrophages ex vivo contain a low level of non-replicating
virus.
In humans, monocytes will express CD14 while macrophages will not. In IHC, you'll have the further advantages of them having a distinct morphology.
Good luck

Thanks Grant.
