I am making P3HT:PCBM film on ITO coated substrate but I am getting the film with small particles over the surface(see attached pic). Is it due to dewetting or due to non-mixing of P3HT:PCBM? Is it particle of PcBM or something else? (See the attached picture of film.)
P3HT:PCBM liquid systems are not solutions, also these are dispersions, as all of the conductive and conjugated polymer / solvent systems are - all of them form colloidal systems, not true solutions.

What solvent had you used to disperse the material in?
