How can I easily prepare the sodium polysulfide Na2Sx, preferrably in aqueous solution? Does it the simple mixing of Na2S with sulfur powder in aqueous solution?

I was searching for information in these papers, where that should be described, but obviously was not: D.-G. Oei: The Sodium-Sulfur System. II. - Polysulfides of Sodium. Inorganic Chemistry, 12, 2, 1973, 438-441 and J. Zeng,
