Is there any company or institution, which sells standards of a clean PET (without plasticizers, reinforcements, stabilizers, pigments)? Ideally in a pulverized form (particles in µm range, not granules)? But it needs not to be a molecular weight standard, it is just about the clean polymer composition.

In my answer I will consider that you have interest to do some experimental studies at (A) low laboratory scale or (B) at larger scale.
Firstly, please consider that function of your application/objective, standard PET can be supplied with different molecular / rheological parameters. I assume that by contacting directly some producers, you can receive some adequate PET samples, i.e. without pigments, GF, etc. .
To obtain powders at laboratory scale, my first choice is going to the solving of PET granules in an adequate solvent (the advantage is that some additives such as thermal stabilizers can be removed in solution), re-precipitation, drying and grinding if needed. A direct cryogenic grinding can be another option.

All polymers are unstable to some degree. Commercial products are always stabilized to minimize degradation. If you need really “pure” PET (i.e., without stabilizers) you better prepare it in situ, just before using it. Otherwise it will degrade in transit and on storage, and you will end up with “impure” PET (contaminated with degradation products). Or purify a commercial sample according to the required standards of purity.
I think you could get PET with minimal additivation (only basic stabilizers, usually a fraction of 1%), but without other additives (antiblock, UV, flame retandant, etc), fillers, pigments or reinforcers... You may have to contact the makers to insure that's the case. If they don´t sell the "pristine" PET, you may at least get a sample (perhaps for free). To be on the safe side, you may have to run a FTIR on the product and look for the usual suspects. I cannot hep in this, I'm in Brazil and don't know European sources. Sorry.
You can get PET standards from PSS (Polymer Standards Service) Germany, these are intended as reference materials for GPC calibration - so ultra-high purity and good PDI. See link:
